This page explains how to delete your Visio AI account and the data associated with it. Visio AI is developed by Vision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi.
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open Visio AI.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and its data are deleted right away, and the app restarts with a fresh, empty session.
Note: The Delete Account option is shown only if you signed in with Google. If you used the app without signing in, your data is tied to an anonymous session on your device. Uninstalling the app removes your access to it. To have that data deleted from our servers, use Option 2.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, email us at info@visionlabs.com.tr with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the Google account email address you used to sign in to Visio AI.
We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.
Data that is deleted
- Your account and profile information, including your linked Google email address
- Your credit balance
- Images you uploaded and images generated for you
- Your editing sessions and history
- Feedback you sent from the app
- Your subscription customer record held by our payment provider
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in the store you subscribed through:
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Visio AI → Cancel
- App Store (iPhone or iPad): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Visio AI → Cancel Subscription
Data that we keep
We keep a limited set of records after deletion. They are not linked to your profile, and we use them only for the purposes below:
- Purchase and credit transaction records: kept for 60 months (5 years) for accounting, legal and tax obligations, and to handle refunds and disputes.
- Content reports you submitted: kept for 12 months so we can keep our AI content safe and prevent abuse.
- Promo code redemption records: kept for 12 months to prevent abuse of promotions.
After these periods, the records are permanently deleted.
